Tips for a healthy and fun summer

This summer heat feels almost feels like living on the surface of the sun. Could I actually be missing the cold icy days of winter? Nah. Instead, let’s talk about how to prepare your body for the summer. We have two major suggestions:

  1. Stay hydrated.
  2. Wear sunscreen.

With that, your body can be the perfect summer body! (What, you thought we were gonna give you a weight loss guide? Please.) Here are some looks that we are obsessed with!

  3. Don’t feel guilty for wanting to stay out late.
  4. Eat breakfast.
  5. Feel your feelings even if you think its silly.
  6. Don’t be afraid to brag about yourself.
  7. Be relentlessly good.
  8. Eat a vegetable.
  9. Put pretty art up on your walls.
  10. Take a shower or bath with your favorite scented products.

Treating yourself doesn’t mean breaking the bank or spending a lot of money. It’s about balance and giving yourself time to recharge and energize.
